What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover:
- Broken Chains – Damage from pulling, snagging, or general wear and tear.
- Scratches, Dents, or Chips – Surface damage that occurs through everyday use.
- Accidental or Intentional Damage – Including damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or improper care.
- Normal Wear and Tear – Expected signs of use over time.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- A proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
- Shipping costs associated with returning your item for inspection, repair, or replacement are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If your item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a comparable item or store credit.
- Items purchased through unauthorized retailers or resellers are not covered under this warranty.
